I believed that you alrd have an ans to go or not to go for the dip course. I understand your situation. You want to go but dont want to be tied dwn but I think you should go. In any case of you want to leave the company, though you have to pay for the fees but I think its still a win win situation for you cause you still have your dip cert and you can do plenty with that. One more cert more advantages. If throughout the 3 years , you didnt leave the company then you got yourself a free deal right ? Urmm.
