It was first day at the "new" outlet. I was being transferred back there. And I had witnessed why the shop can't function well.
I saw the drama king when I reported work ytd. He cried and threw a tantrum and wanted to go home after being scolded by a customer. Urmm. Being scolded by customers and etc are quite common in our line. I dont see the point why he wants to go home. Its way too drama for me.Oh well. Nth much to comment abt but he did came back 3 hours later after much persuadation from my supervisor.
As for today, it started off quite badly. The Mastercard machine couldn't function as a result we can't recieve payment in masters' and many customers were quite fed up with it. As if you use UOB credit card you can get a 15% discount provided you charge the bill to it.
Then, another collegue of mine got real fed up( i dont know whats the reason) and went off earlier.
I got fed up when the "super" supervisior kept picking on me. Saying what " sales is so bad" shld be better. And reason being, its ME !! WTF. I was the one serving customers whereby all your staffs are hiding either behind or in the cashier counter. AND NOW, you are blaming me ?
You do not have enuff staff. Thats because you didnt have proper management of staff. I dont want to extend, then its my fault ? You jolly well know its a sunday, family day it will be damm busy and you only put 4-5 staffs ? And if you really cared abt this store you shld forge go your break and carry on working. I see kelly and dave doing this, why cant you ?! If you want your staff to show commitement , you have to set a example first. You dont care, why shld I ?
SDG$5000 is what I helped you with. You still want to lie to me your sales is good as ytd and its a normal thing that we hit SDG$5000 ? Dont come and bull shit with me.
As you can see, I am not very happy with this outlet. Initally, I thght things would be better. But, the staffs at that there.. really CMI. And the supervisior isnt motivating. =((
Stick back to the old plan.

Respect needs to be earned.
